With the Eurobodalla National Park to the north and south and the Tasman Sea to the east of Congo, our members share a love for the area and value its natural beauty.
With the help and input of financial members, our association’s elected representatives and subcommittees work together on community projects and present community views to the Eurobodalla Shire Council, local Members of Parliament and other community organisations.

The committee meets regularly to raise, discuss, and action Congo community projects on behalf of members.
We communicate with members by email, by a newsletter, on our website and on Facebook.
We manage donations and subscriptions to support a range of community-led projects. We actively promote initiatives that value, conserve, protect, and improve Congo's social and environmental attributes.
As a volunteer organisation, the CCA relies on the community's generosity. Being not-for-profit, we do not operate for profit or personal gain but aim to improve the social welfare of the Congo community.
We respect our community's diverse ideas and value the importance of building strong, positive social connections through promoting and managing CCA events.
To maintain our viability as an organisation, the CCA must be financially responsible and generate revenue to meet the expenses we incur. There are always costs of running an organisation, such as insurance premiums and other administration costs. Membership annual subscriptions, while important, provide a limited financial resource.
Through the Community Fund Project, our small fundraising appeal, we reinvest donations to help us fund activities, achieve our mission to serve the Congo community and ensure the sustainability of the CCA.
